Dr. Swami and Bone Daddy’s Bloody Mary Sorbet
Hot, desperate, throat parched as the sun beats down, searing your flesh. Now think satisfaction, as the cool savory slushy reaches your lips and cools your throat. This is the kind of drink that gets you back in the game, from back yard BBQ's to slow dancing in the living room.
- 1 litre Dr Swami and Bone Daddy’s Bloody Mary Mix
- 1/2c to 1c vodka
Preparation
- Bloody Mary Sorbet: Mix all the ingredients together well.
- Pour the mixture in an ice cream machine and follow directions until mixture it until firm. Freeze the sorbet until ready to serve.
- If you don't have an ice-cream machine freeze the mixture in unsealed container until just firm. Puree it in a food processor and refreeze the sorbet in a well-sealed container.
To Serve
- celery sticks
- lime wedges
- Dr Swami and Bone Daddy’s marinated green beans
- freshly ground black pepper
Remove the sorbet from the freezer a few minutes before serving. Place scoops of the sorbet in tall glasses garnished with celery sticks, lime wedges, green beans and a little freshly ground black pepper.
